  • Do I need a referral?

     No, you do not need a referral to book an appointment, just ring our clinic on 03 385 1966 to book in.

  • Do you accept ACC claims?

    Yes, we do. We can create and submit a claim for you. Or alternatively if you already have a claim, please bring any ACC claim paperwork you have that is relevant to the injury we will be treating you for.

  • What do I need to bring?

    Bring any paperwork that may have been given to you by the hospital, your doctor or specialist including XRAYs, you may also bring a support person with you to your appointments.

  • How long will treatment take?

    Most treatment sessions will take approximately 30 minutes.

  • What do I wear?

    We recommend wearing something comfortable to make it easy to reach the treatment site. Alternatively, you can bring shorts/ clothing to change into if needed.

  • Do I need to pay each time?

    Yes, payment of surcharge fees (or private fees – if not ACC) is required at the end of each treatment.  We accept EFTPOS, cash, credit cards including AMEX, apple pay and Dinners Club.

  • Can I use my insurance to pay for the treatment?

    If you are a Southern Cross member with a qualifying plan, we may be able to charge your treatment cost directly to Southern Cross. 

    If you have another health insurance provider, we provide you with a copy of your payment receipt to claim with your insurer. 

  • Can I cancel my appointment?

    Yes you can, however we do require a minimum of 4 hours’ notice prior to your appointment time. Missed appointments and late cancellations will incur a fee.

  • Can your team provide me with a medical certificate?

    No, you would need to see your GP for a medical certificate.

  • Is your clinic accessible?

    Yes it is, we have a ramp that leads into the clinic making it convenient for wheelchair users and those with lowered mobility. We have also got disability parking near the clinic entrance.

  • Is there parking?

    Yes there is, we have physiotherapy car parks right in front of the clinic and a multitude of other available parks.
